杨元庆：联想正处于“下山”阶段

3月27日消息，2016 IT领袖峰会今日在深圳召开，科技和媒体创业Club全程直播和专题报道，欢迎关注科技全程现场直播。

在今日举行的IT领袖峰会上，联想集团CEO杨元庆接受科技等媒体的采访，在采访中杨元庆强调联想未来的定位一直不变就是智能设备的制造商，同时对于今年年初对于杨元庆的质疑，他也作出回应，“没有一个人比我投入更多的心血在联想”。

“自己是联想持股仅次于控股（股东）的个人股东，对于大家善意的建议我们会积极听取，同时，目前联想处于下山的阶段，需要更大的投入”，杨元庆说。

他认为，目前联想处于“下山”的阶段，过去联想在PC时代冲到了顶峰，但是在很多新业务和创新业务上，联想需要持续投入。

杨元庆介绍，现阶段联想在智能设备领域的研发投入了巨大的创新的成本，同时，创新主要采取三条腿走路，第一条腿就是事业部自主研发创新；第二条腿联想集团旗下的研究院创新产品；第三条腿就是用创投加孵化器的模式扶持创新。

杨元庆认为，目前三条腿都是联想创新的基因，而联想希望采取更开放的策略，他举例到，“研究院开发的很多技术并不被事业部直接使用，创投的方式，孵化的方式来进行”。

另外，目前大量创新的项目接下来会被公开，杨元庆称，今年联想内部将会计划拆分出10家公司，将会运用在联想积累的技术和资源独立自主发展。（红达）
